About the role
- Engage in both traditional media and social media campaigns. This includes support with media outreach and KOL engagement, preparing reports, conducting research.
- Participate in internal brainstorms by doing research contributing to new business pitches and sharing insights for client campaigns.
- Assist with planning and executing media events and providing on-site support team members when needed.
- Act as a reliable contact for all front of house queries ensuring smooth daily coordination of activities.
- Take initiative and work independently on assigned tasks showing ownership and accountability.
- Prioritize tasks, update your manager and team on your progress and completion of tasks assigned to you.
- Build strong working relationships by collaborating and communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Interest in writing and storytelling with the ability to express ideas clearly.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
