About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, draft, negotiate, and approve various legal agreements
- Provide legal guidance related to diverse projects including Electrical and Communications Infrastructure
- Advise on employment law and corporate compliance
- Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Safety teams to reduce legal exposure
- Advise executive leadership on strategic growth and corporate governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Ability to obtain or maintain Texas licensure if required
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant legal experience
- Extensive commercial contract negotiation experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation abilities
