About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the voice of the customer and user and advocate for platform usability, performance, and scalability, UX, and accessibility.
Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for platform features, technical products, and infrastructure improvements.
Work closely with developers and QA to ensure technical solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning meetings.
Conduct user journey mapping and feedback sessions to refine workflows, reduce friction, and enhance platform value.
Prioritize feedback, bugs, changes based on customer / user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Content, and Technology, Sales, to troubleshoot technical issues and gather feedback.
Support the development and launch of new features, login options, enrollment flows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Ensure product documentation and FAQs are current and technically accurate.
Participate in evaluating and integrating third-party tools and infrastructure components.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrable experience in product ownership or a technical product management role, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or platform development.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to partner effectively with engineers and designers.
Proven ability to gather requirements and define user stories with clarity and precision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to align stakeholders and document product plans.
Experience with agile methodologies, sprint cycles, and backlog management.
Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and user experience.
