About the role

  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and guide prospects through technical evaluation
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations that highlight the business value of Arch’s manufacturing AI and data platform
  • Define, plan, and execute pilots and proofs of concept (PoCs)
  • Work with customers to understand manufacturing processes and challenges
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams for integrated solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role within manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding of IT and OT systems
  • Fluent written and spoken English required; additional languages are a strong plus for supporting global customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
