  • Provide technical support to resolve application packaging and delivery issues

Requirements

  • Strong experience in application packaging and deployment using tools like SCCM, Intune, or Numecent
  • Proficiency in application virtualization technologies (e.g., Microsoft App-V, VMware ThinApp)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch for automation
  • Understanding of MSI/MST creation, troubleshooting, and re-packaging
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and registry structure
  • Experience with software deployment strategies in enterprise environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
