About the role
- Participate in Arch’s summer internship program to gain hands on experience in the insurance industry.
- Work alongside members of the specialty insurance industry to gain relevant expertise in various aspects of the field.
- Perform challenging work that benefits both the intern and Arch.
- Engage in learning activities and receive ongoing feedback to develop professional skills.
- Potentially be identified for full-time opportunities based on performance.
Requirements
- Actively completing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Risk Management, Finance or related program.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
- College level – Junior, Senior, or graduate student with graduation dates between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner.
- Team player who collaborates effectively.
- Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Alpharetta, GA (hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote).
