About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

create and maintain custom developed solutions for NASA’s ICAM (Identity, Credential, and Access Management)
support ICAM’s IdMAX, NAMS, custom container applications, and integrations
understand functional and technical system requirements
design and implement applications
handle deployments
work closely with the operational support team on testing, troubleshooting, and providing Tier 3 operational support

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA Degree in Computer Science is preferred but other IT-related degrees will be considered
Junior to Mid – Less than 4 years of related work experience
Proficiency in Javascript, including server-side and client-side scripting
Experience working in ITIL/Agile environment
Experience with technical documentation, story refinement, and tracking coded changes
Strong Problem-Solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities in an Agile development and able to operate independently
3+ years ServiceNow experience (Preferred)
ServiceNow certification: Certified System Administrator(CSA), Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
Proficiency in ServiceNow Glide API’s and infrastructure (Preferred)
Experience building scoped applications, creating design documents for data models and process flows, service portals, and general user experience (Preferred)
Experience building custom workflows in Flow Designer for approvals and business process automation (Preferred)
Strong grasp of ServiceNow’s ITSM, SPM, and CMDB processes (Preferred)
