About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with client contracts, subconsultant agreements, and project-specific requirements
- Build strong client relationships by delivering technical solutions, addressing client needs, and identifying new opportunities
- Promote Health & Safety through periodic field visits
- Verify safe work practices, contractor compliance, and quality of project execution
- Support stakeholder engagement and mentor project personnel
- Lead contractor, stakeholder, regulatory, health and safety, and financial management for assigned remediation projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in Geology, Engineering, or closely related field
- 10 years of relevant experience, including experience managing and leading teams
- Candidate must reside within the San Francisco Bay Area
- Approximately 20% travel is required
- 4+ years of project management and/or task management experience
- Arcadis project management certification or active progression toward certification
- Proficiency with Arcadis project management systems, project management tools, and Microsoft 365 applications
