About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Perform engineering evaluations, feasibility studies, master plans, alternatives analyses, and preliminary and final designs
Prepare technical reports, design calculations, plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates
Support treatment projects through process evaluations, optimization studies, PFAS investigations and treatment solutions, pilot testing, regulatory compliance assessments, and implementation planning
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and support project managers with scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Assist with permitting, regulatory coordination, construction administration, and startup activities
Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, conduct site visits, and support commissioning
Participate in client meetings, workshops, business development, proposal preparation, and periodic travel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related field
EIT Certification or Professional Engineering (PE) License
Prior experience or training with AutoCAD and/or Revit
Project leadership experience, including managing project delivery expectations, prioritizing tasks, and mentoring
Client management skills, including proposal development and client relationship building
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
