About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and oversee all active workplace projects from pursuit through closeout.
  • Coordinate project execution across all phases, including:
  • - Opportunities / pipeline management
  • - Oracle project setup and tracking
  • - Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) coordination
  • - Forecasting and resource planning
  • - Invoicing and financial tracking
  • - RFP responses and proposal development
  • - Fee development and contract coordination
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, consultants, and clients regarding project status and delivery.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain high standards of quality and client service.
  • Support risk management, change management, and project reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-10 years of experience, with a strong background in interior architecture, workplace design and project management
  • Strong experience managing workplace/interiors architecture or design projects.
  • Working knowledge of project financials, forecasting, invoicing, and fee management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Oracle, ACC, and other project management platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
