About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and oversee all active workplace projects from pursuit through closeout.
- Coordinate project execution across all phases, including:
- - Opportunities / pipeline management
- - Oracle project setup and tracking
- - Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) coordination
- - Forecasting and resource planning
- - Invoicing and financial tracking
- - RFP responses and proposal development
- - Fee development and contract coordination
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, consultants, and clients regarding project status and delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain high standards of quality and client service.
- Support risk management, change management, and project reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8-10 years of experience, with a strong background in interior architecture, workplace design and project management
- Strong experience managing workplace/interiors architecture or design projects.
- Working knowledge of project financials, forecasting, invoicing, and fee management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle, ACC, and other project management platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
