About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide senior technical and regulatory leadership for environmental restoration, remediation, permitting, compliance, and emerging contaminant projects.
- Develop and implement regulatory and stakeholder engagement strategies that support successful project outcomes.
- Advise clients on federal and state environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Lead interactions and negotiations with regulators, government agencies, tribal entities, and other stakeholders.
- Supporting business development by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities with existing and new clients.
- This position may involve up to 15% travel to client sites and meetings within North America.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental engineering, Environmental Science, or a closely related field.
- 25+ years of experience in environmental restoration, regulatory compliance, permitting, or environmental consulting.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations, including RCRA and related cleanup programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
