About the role
- Evaluate, plan, and design projects related to water/wastewater/stormwater treatment and conveyance, including pipelines and pumping facilities.
- Support project management activities.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and mitigation planning for utilities, municipalities, and cities.
- Perform site visits, water sampling, and analyze water quality.
- Troubleshoot processes and optimize plant operations.
- Support Asset Management projects utilizing data analytics for assessments.
- Prepare reports and presentations, participate in client meetings.
- Ensure project compliance with quality, health and safety standards.
- Learn, design, and manage databases and cloud computing services.
- Work independently and in collaboration with team members across the U.S. and internationally.
- Learn and use digital tools to enhance customer experience and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a closely related engineering discipline).
- Prior work/internship experience at a design or consulting engineering firm or municipal work environment (preferred).
- Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and/or Revit (preferred).
- EIT certification (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail.
