About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and direct the development and design of infrastructure projects for roadways
Perform different roles on multi-disciplined projects including technical design, production lead, task leader
Participate in client facing role, making presentations and managing client expectations
Assist in developing project scopes and budgets
Mentor and develop junior staff and design/drafters
Maintain project schedules and ensuring project compliance with all Arcadis practices including quality and safety standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer
10 or more years’ relevant engineering experience including supervision of elements of large, complex projects
Professional Engineer (PE)
Engineering experience with infrastructure design and construction engineering
Proficiency with CAD particularly Civil3D, Microstation and experience with OpenRoads software
Familiarity with ODOT design standards and policies.
Excellent, clear and concise, oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
