About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical project execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering complex wastewater treatment solutions for municipal and industrial clients
Apply technical expertise and project leadership skills to support projects from planning and design through construction and startup
Lead technical design tasks and coordinate deliverables across multiple engineering disciplines
Support project planning activities, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
Prepare and oversee engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and design documents to support the successful delivery of wastewater treatment projects
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers
Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, and proposal development activities
Support client relationship management, proposal preparation, technical presentations, and business development activities while identifying opportunities for continued growth within existing and prospective client accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
7 years of experience supporting the planning, design, and delivery of municipal and/or industrial wastewater treatment projects
Master's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
10 years of experience supporting wastewater treatment projects (preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY or ability to obtain through reciprocity (preferred)
