Supporting the design, development and delivery of the Content and Channel Strategy for Arcadis.
Ensuring employee communication channels are managed effectively and content is optimized, scheduled and targeted effectively.
Manage relationship with colleagues in Arcadis Global Shared Services Team to support development and delivery of business-critical communication and content.
Track the effectiveness of content and recommend and implement optimizations where applicable.
Collaborate with colleagues across the Marketing and Communications team – and our non-Comms community owners – to source, create and curate informative and entertaining content to engage Arcadians.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
5+ years’ experience in internal or corporate communications
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience in stakeholder management
Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 (including Teams)
Experience managing intranet or internal communication channels
Background in content planning, scheduling, and publishing for global audiences
