Supporting the design, development and delivery of the Content and Channel Strategy for Arcadis
Ensuring employee communication channels are managed effectively and content is optimized, scheduled and targeted effectively
Reports directly to the Global Communication Director, Employee Content, Channels & Engagement
Liaise with GBA and in-country Corporate Comms team to source content aligned to editorial priorities for global channels
Ensure pipeline of content that is inclusive of global organization and resonates with strategic priorities
Manage relationship with colleagues in Arcadis Global Shared Services Team to support development and delivery of business-critical communication and content
Requirements
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong stakeholder management
Proven experience managing internal communication channels and governance
Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, analytics and reporting
Experience in large or international organizations
Curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to drive innovation while ensuring alignment to brand, tone, and strategy
