About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead multiple major and mid-tier accounts expanding business development opportunities
- Coordinate with Arcadis business lines to identify opportunities
- Develop solutions and grow the business
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients with tailored solutions
- Oversee planning, design, and construction administration of projects
- Collaboratively develop scope and cost proposals for projects
- Support the development of junior and mid-level staff
- Travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in the Mining sector
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in (Environment, Chemical, Hydrology, Hydrogeology, Process, Mechanical, Geotechnical or Civil)
- P.Eng or P.Geo license in good standing
- Preference will be given to candidates with 7+ years of relevant business development and account management experience and are bilingual (English and French).
