About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the architectural design and technical development of projects
  • Work on production and coordination of technical drawings from Concept Design through Construction Documentation.
  • Develop and integrate design solutions that comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring design intent, quality standards, and client objectives are consistently met.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope, performance goals, and client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional degree in Architecture
  • Active architectural license is required.
  • 5-8+ years of experience, with a proven track record in design and project delivery
  • Government and Civic Project Experience is required.
  • Design Build Experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Revit, with experience in BIM coordination
  • Experience with presentation platforms such as Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, PowerPoint, and SketchUp is a plus.
  • Understanding of building codes, standards, and technical detailing existing building renovations and new construction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop three-dimensional concept designs studies.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions in a collaborative team environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
