About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides the top management and business directors with relevant, accurate and timely reports regarding business position and operations
- Works closely with the In-country FP&A manager and with the Finance Manager or Director of respective In-country Office for information flow related to financial matters
- Prepares region management reports for business review (MBR) covering financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) and business performance in terms of KPIs
- Reviews the weekly flash report including figures on staff utilization/billability, turnover and cash position
- Provides review and analysis of various management reports
- Reconciles/Investigates variances, consistency of data, mapping issues and irregularities flagged using accounting systems
- Evaluates current reports to ensure appropriate information is reported and initiates process improvements
- Responds to inquiries from In-country FP&A Specialist/Manager and Finance Directors with proposed resolutions
- Supervises budget activities including system upload, review of submitted data, error resolution, and group reconciliation
- Assists auditors in yearly audits
- Carries out report development necessary for business analysis
- Performs accounting-related functions that may be assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- CPA with 3 to 5 years of work experience in general accounting and financial reporting
- Exposure in shared services or multinational environment is an advantage
- Experience with ERP Systems is preferred (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision, detail-oriented and results driven
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook and Word) is required
- Knowledge with Power BI-Dashboard is an advantage
- Communicates effectively both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent client management skills
- Proactive, a committed team player and can motivate other team members.
