About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multidisciplinary teams regarding site assessment, permitting, and environmental documentation service needs related to environmental remediation projects.
Actively lead and coordinate field investigations, sampling activities, pilot programs, and full-scale remedial efforts.
Foster effective communication by engaging in meetings with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
Provide senior level quality assurance/quality control for client deliverables.
Coordinate additional project services including remediation system design, implementation, operation, and various civil engineering components.
Support and/or manage the growth of new and existing client relationships with business development and account leaders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or similar related discipline.
10 years of total experience in the environmental consulting industry.
5 years of experience managing environmental permitting projects, technical teams, schedules/budgets, and the delivery of high-quality work products.
2 years of experience leading project pursuits, including direct client communication and preparation of project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
Demonstrated experience coordinating with federal, state, and local natural resource permitting agencies.
Ability to lead the delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, effective project management, and good communication with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent technical writing and strategic problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with company leadership, staff, and client colleagues.
Involvement in client development and leadership, including sourcing of project opportunities and direct client relationships.
