About the role
- Utilize your expertise and technical knowledge in conveyance, treatment, and master planning projects
- Successfully lead and execute projects and support project pursuits
- Partner with clients to understand their goals and provide forward-thinking designs
- Guide project teams, ensuring technical excellence, collaboration, and successful delivery
- Leading the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Serving as the Project or Design Manager, directing projects from concept through completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Mentoring and leading project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (or a related field)
- 10 years of relevant engineering experience
- Master’s Degree in a related engineering discipline (preferred)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license (preferred)
- Experience in municipal water/wastewater design and construction management (preferred)
