About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Should have task management skills, managing a team of designers
- Provide team leadership and motivation, engaging team members
- Assist Team Lead on day-to-day operations and task management
- Provide guidance and ensure team has resources to perform jobs efficiently
- Liaise with other Senior Graphic Designers for alignment
- Drives talent acquisition search for team growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and priorities
- Delegate tasks to team members based on skills and experience
- Support internal programs on methodologies and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of graphics/multimedia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or an equivalent experience in the field OR, proven graphic & multimedia design experience
- Advance knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Adobe Photoshop: Advance
- Adobe Illustrator: Advance
- Adobe InDesgin: Advance
- Adobe Premier Pro: Intermediate to Advance
- Adobe After Effects: Intermediate to Advance
- Creative apps experience is a plus
- UI/UX knowledge or experience is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of performance metrics
