Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BSCE) from an accredited institution.
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.).
Minimum of 10 years of relevant civil engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, relevant codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
