Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology.
Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) / Engineer in Training (EIT) license or ability to obtain within one (1) year from date of hire.
Basic knowledge of PLCs and their use.
Experience developing logic software for Modicon, Allen-Bradley or other PLC.
Basic knowledge of graphics development for user interface devices such as a computer workstation.
Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, Visio, or other graphic drafting development software.
Active participation in regional and/or national professional associations.
Experience using ETAP, SKM Power Tools or other power systems analysis software.
Internship / part-time work for a consulting engineering firm or systems integrator.
Academic emphasis on computer controls, logic systems and three phase power systems.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project and Outlook).
