About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work alongside the Commercial Director in preparing RFP/RFQ submissions
- Prepare top-down and bottom-up fee estimates for proposals
- Liaise with subconsultants to clarify scope splits and rates
- Process and verify invoices in a timely manner
- Prepare financial reports to support project management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years experience in quantity surveying, project management or engineering
- Proficiency with Excel (Formulas & PowerQuerey) and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
