Senior Traffic Design Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a high performing team of engineers in developing traffic, ITS, and tolling plan elements for major Interstate and arterial projects
- Drive scope, schedule, and budget performance for traffic tasks on major traditional and design build projects
- Provide quality assurance leadership on highly complex projects where precision and sound judgment matter
- Build strong client relationships by leading technical discussions, presenting results, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, helping strengthen technical capability and consulting skills across the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of relevant work experience post degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE in a US-based jurisdiction with the ability to obtain your PE in other jurisdictions (as needed) within six months of hire.
- Expertise in the use of Microstation/Open Roads Designer, GuideSign, and SignCAD
- Must possess a US Drivers license
