About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing the HV electrical packages of hyperscale data centre construction projects
Supporting Contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations
Assisting the client and the Client’s team in identifying, scoping, buying-out and scheduling of all Owner-direct vendors and consultants
Managing the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the ground
Coordinating Value Engineering efforts during the construction phase
Working with the Client’s commercial and PCG team to develop Budget Management and Tracking
Establishing close out documentation requirements with the Client’s document controller

Requirements

What you’ll need

An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
Experience delivering HV packages
Ability to manage technical disciplines.
Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds, would be advantageous
Ability to commit to significant international travel
Familiar with local legislation (Finland)
