About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leverage generative AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation.

- Drive cross-channel digital experience (DX) and user experience (UX).
- Own generative AI search strategy and content mapping for Arcadis.com.
- Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible AI use.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, Natural language processing, or deep learning roles.
- Extensive experience with prompt engineering and building AI assistants/agents using Copilot, ChatGPT, and/or other tools.
- Extensive experience in applying GenAI to business use cases and using it in professional settings.
- Understanding of generative AI ethics, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret model outputs and optimize performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
