About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery of projects successfully, ensuring quality and budgetary targets are met
- Contribute to the development of the UK mobility asset management strategy
- Provide advisory services across areas including development of global capability
- Develop asset management strategies and business cases
- Optimize investment decisions and long term planning for assets
- Enhance asset information strategies and improve data maturity
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Represent Arcadis in the rail asset management market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience of working for a transportation client or in a consultancy environment
- Understanding of strategic, tactical and/or operational challenges
- Experience in asset management strategies, change programmes, and/or planning
- Asset investment planning
- Risk and value assessments
- Operations and maintenance
- Development and deployment of decision support tools, asset information strategies and/or quality assessments
- Workstream leadership through the project lifecycle
- Experience in managing relationships and influencing clients
- Business development, tender delivery, or evaluation experience
- Experience in delivering asset, infrastructure, or technology projects
- Leadership experience, including managing professional team members
- Project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
