About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordination of engineering tasks for large-scale ports and marine projects
  • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and risks
  • Managing project scope and preparing cost estimates for change orders
  • Ensuring adherence to project management plans and communication plans
  • Liaising with teams of consultants and contractors for project execution
  • Maintaining project documentation and assisting with document submissions
  • Preparing project updates including presentations and status reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s University Degree in Engineering, or related field, from an accredited university
  • 3-8 years of Project Coordination or Deputy Project Management experience in Transportation Engineering projects.
  • Previous experience working on large and complex ports, marine or rail projects from concept to delivery and/or P3 experience
  • Proficiency with FTP, Share Point, ISO, MS Office
  • Experience in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit
  • Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 experience is an asset
