About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the development, analysis and monitoring of electrical engineering projects, ensuring technical compliance and integration with related disciplines.
Responsible for developing engineering solutions and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle (conceptual, basic, detailed and implementation).
Work in an industrial/mining environment, interfacing with suppliers, contractors and operational areas.
Prepare small electrical projects and engineering modifications, including definition of technical concepts.
Conduct field surveys and critical reviews of existing projects, ensuring the technical documentation is kept up to date.
Present technical solutions and provide clarifications to stakeholders, proponents and suppliers.
Perform technical analysis, evaluation and consolidation of technical proposals for the supply of equipment and services.
Support the preparation and validation of basic and detailed engineering, ensuring adherence to technical standards and specifications.
Prepare technical requisitions, specifications and datasheets for electrical equipment.
Support project approval and certification processes with operational areas.
Address technical issues and resolve outstanding technical matters during project execution.
Update documentation and drawings (as-built) and support factory inspections and tests (FAT).
Monitor civil works and electromechanical assemblies, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, schedule and contract.
Plan and control engineering activities, including support for contract closeout and project handover.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Electrical Engineering; NR-10 certification mandatory.
3 to 6 years of experience in industrial electrical or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of sizing and assessment of electrical, electronic and telecommunications systems.
Experience in preparing projects, technical specifications and equipment datasheets.
Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT, NR-10, among others).
Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD and Revit.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and integrate them with structures and other disciplines.
Experience supporting maintenance of electrical equipment and systems (advantage).
