About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with team focused in obtaining, interpreting and evaluating field and analytical data in order to prepare engineering reports, designs, permit applications, and construction-related documents.
Environmental remediation report and design tasks may include soil/groundwater/vapor remedial systems, innovative in-situ or ex-situ technology treatment design, and field assessments.
Site characterization, remedial design, and feasibility studies.
Installation of soil borings and groundwater monitoring wells.
Soil and groundwater sample collection.
Design and oversight of system improvement projects as well as system upgrades.
Data compilation, evaluation, and QA/QC.
Report writing, permitting, cost estimating support.
Operation and maintenance oversight for remediation systems (both water and vapor treatment systems).
Coordination with project managers and senior engineering staff.

Currently enrolled in a degree seeking program for Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or closely related field
