About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in delivering tech sector mega-projects.
- Responsible for managing all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects.
- Work with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget.
- Manage the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on the ground.
- Initiate close out process prior to project completion.
Requirements
What you’ll need- An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
- Ability to manage technical disciplines.
- Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds.
- Ability to commit to significant international travel.
