About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with environmental investigation, remediation, and permitting projects
Produce technical reports for project managers
Conduct various project tasks alongside project managers
Produce complex work plans within RCRA/CERCLA framework
Evaluate data to support conceptual site models
Address client and regulatory comments on deliverables
Prepare cost estimates and establish project budgets
Provide emergency response support for derailments/HAZMAT spills

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline
7-10 years of relevant experience
40-hour HAZWOPER certification
Master of Science degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline (preferred)
Previous spill or derailment response experience (preferred)
P.E. or P.G. license or working toward this goal (preferred)
