About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in collaborating with clients in the Mobility industry to understand their business requirements and challenges.
  • Manage data processing, coding models in R, Python, BaysiaLab, etc, creating powerful visualizations and interfaces (e.g. using Power BI, RShiny or Tableau), and developing the data infrastructure needed to support delivery of innovative solutions to clients.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure quality and usability for analysis.
  • Identify and address missing or inconsistent data points.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Use statistical techniques to interpret results and support business questions.
  • Assist in building, testing, and validating predictive or classification models under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Apply basic machine learning algorithms as appropriate to solve business challenges.
  • Present data findings using clear visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards) and concise reports.
  • Communicate complex analyses in an understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders—to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain organized and well-documented code, analyses, and project workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn) or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Basic project management skills and a client-centric approach to deliver quality solutions.
  • Exposure to the Mobility industry or similar sectors is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security principles.
