About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and grow multi‑disciplinary design and technical teams delivering complex Advanced Process Manufacturing (APM) projects across the full lifecycle.
Provide overall design leadership and governance across large, multi‑disciplinary projects or portfolios.
Ensure design delivery meets quality, safety, cost, programme, and client expectations.
Lead, review, and approve technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with Arcadis standards and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Directors on delivery strategy, risk, and commercial matters.
Manage resources effectively, including workforce planning, recruitment, and capability development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, performance, and profitability.
Support business development activities, including winning work and strengthening client and industry relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering with 10+ years’ experience delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary projects
APM sector experience and Revit/Navisworks capability are advantageous
