About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for supporting the production of project BIM/CAD deliverables including REVIT models and drawings that are accurate, clear, and concise.
provide support to the mechanical project team in delivering design and engineering projects.
work collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure model integrity and inter-discipline coordination.
manage electronic documentation such as drawing registers and issuing documents through online collaboration platforms.
complete assigned BIM/CAD tasks within budget and deadlines as directed by senior staff.
assist with field assignments when required, which may involve occasional travel.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15 years of experience in construction or consulting related to civil, structural, and/or mechanical design projects.
Associate degree in Construction Technology or Construction Management or related field of study/experience.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective time management skills.
Ability to perform work independently, with senior guidance.
Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD Standards, and coordination practices.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (2022 or newer).
Proficiency in Autodesk Forma.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D (2022 or newer).
