About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and direct the successful delivery of complex projects
Cultivate and manage key client relationships
Identify emerging market opportunities
Lead proposal development and presentations
Serve as technical lead for major design, engineering, operations, and capital projects
Develop and implement strategic project execution plans
Coach and mentor junior and intermediate engineers
Represent Arcadis in stakeholder consultations, regulatory reviews, and industry forums

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or similar field; Masters degree preferred
20+ years progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering
Professional Engineer license
Significant consulting experience on large scale, highly complex water, wastewater, stormwater and resource recovery and wastewater projects
Experience in collaboration delivery models
Experience in policy review and development
