Key responsibilities & impact

Overall leadership of Discipline team of professional staff located across multiple GECs ensuring growth of capabilities and capacity
Provide professional leadership in their discipline at a senior management level
Plan and drive the development of Arcadis’ capability and capacity
Drive a culture of project delivery excellence within the discipline
Ensure the delivery of projects/tasks within the team is in accordance with Management Systems
Engage with the senior leadership in the BAs
Drive the implementation of the GEC strategy within the discipline
Communicate change and manage transformation within the team
Develop and implement workforce plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ensure the delivery of projects/tasks within the team is in accordance with Management Systems
Engage with the senior leadership in the BAs
Drive the implementation of the GEC strategy within the discipline
Communicate change and manage transformation within the team
Develop and implement workforce plans
Manage day to day workload within the teams
Work with Service Delivery Managers to define and implement standardization and automation initiatives
Ensure a strong focus on career development
Foster a strong culture of health and safety awareness
Manage staff engagement levels and attrition
Accountable for delivery of key operational metrics within discipline
Manage team shape and size within the discipline
Create and drive the development of Global Talent teams
