About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

manage the development of strategic plans, organizational assessments, workforce strategies, and transformation roadmaps
conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, including interviews, surveys, data assessments, and performance evaluations
assist in reviewing and optimizing client business processes to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and overall value
contribute to the development of change management plans that engage and prepare employees for digital, operational, or cultural transformation
build trusted working relationships with client stakeholders and support engagement activities such as workshops, presentations, and working sessions
help translate research, data, and insights into clear recommendations tailored to client needs
deliver high-quality client experiences by actively listening, anticipating needs, and supporting project leadership
collaborate with colleagues across Arcadis’ national and global networks to co-create innovative solutions
contribute to thought leadership in strategy, organizational performance, and transformation in the water and public sectors
lead proposal development, pursuit activities, and client development that support growth of the Business Advisory team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, organizational improvement, operations, or related disciplines.
