Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for planning and managing geotechnical investigations
performing desktop analysis of soil and rock properties
preparation of detailed geotechnical investigation reports including recommendations in support of electrical infrastructure construction at Sites within ComEd territory

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
Current Illinois P.E. license or ability to obtain Illinois P.E., license.
Current Arcadis CPM designation
7+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering
Proficiency with technical report writing
Strong collaboration and communication skills with client and Arcadis internal client support team.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
