About the role
- Assist Project Managers with tailings engineering, environmental investigation, remediation, and permitting projects
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of junior-level staff
- Coordinate and provide technical direction to geotechnical laboratories
- Develop mine tailing and treatment facilities concepts
- Work with clients to manage their operating permits
Requirements
- MSc Degree in civil, structural and/or geotechnical engineering
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience
- P.Eng, is required for the Province/Territory of practice
- Served as an Engineer of Record for at least ten mine sites or ten years of cumulative experience at multiple mine sites
