About the role
- Design and development of HVAC and sewage systems, including heat gain/loss and hydronic calculations.
- Perform engineering calculations using manual methods and specialized software (Excel, MagiCAD, Carrier, Daikin, System Air, Waterloo).
- Deliver HVAC/MEP designs across all project phases: feasibility, concept, and detailed design.
- Prepare and coordinate technical documentation, drawings, BIM models, and AutoCAD schematics.
- Review, validate, and supervise HVAC design work, resolving MEP issues and managing as-built updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in HVAC design (local and/or international).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, hydraulic principles, materials, and design parameters. Knowledge of renewable energy solutions.
- Proficiency in engineering and BIM software tools (Excel, MagiCAD, Carrier, Daikin, System Air, Waterloo).
- Advanced English skills.
