About the role

  • Design and development of HVAC and sewage systems, including heat gain/loss and hydronic calculations.
  • Perform engineering calculations using manual methods and specialized software (Excel, MagiCAD, Carrier, Daikin, System Air, Waterloo).
  • Deliver HVAC/MEP designs across all project phases: feasibility, concept, and detailed design.
  • Prepare and coordinate technical documentation, drawings, BIM models, and AutoCAD schematics.
  • Review, validate, and supervise HVAC design work, resolving MEP issues and managing as-built updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in HVAC design (local and/or international).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, hydraulic principles, materials, and design parameters. Knowledge of renewable energy solutions.
  • Proficiency in engineering and BIM software tools (Excel, MagiCAD, Carrier, Daikin, System Air, Waterloo).
  • Advanced English skills.
