About the role
- Contribute to various stages of architectural projects, including preliminary design development, schematic design, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Participate in possible site visits for ongoing projects.
- Work under the direct supervision of senior staff members.
- Assist with 3D visualization, modeling, prototyping, and component design.
- Support the preparation of client presentations.
- Perform entry-level design and technical tasks, including revising drawings, conducting research, and preparing presentations.
- Manage workload within project schedules, learning essential time management skills.
- Collaborate with team members on multiple projects.
- Assist the studio, department, or office with file organization, resource materials, and displays.
- Support organizing office/studio events.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program and have completed at least three years of design studio coursework.
- Knowledge of design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, visualization, and communication tools commonly used in architecture, including Revit, AutoCAD, 3D tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience in 3D VR tools.
