About the role
- Evaluate and analyze change requests and claims submitted by stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the validity, impacts, and implications of proposed changes and claims on project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and relevant stakeholders to negotiate and resolve claims in a timely and fair manner.
- Maintain detailed documentation of change orders, claims, negotiations, and resolutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize disputes, mitigate risks, and streamline the change management Process.
- Communicate changes and claim resolutions effectively to all parties involved to ensure alignment and understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in change management, claims management, contract administration, or related field.
