Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate and analyze change requests and claims submitted by stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
Conduct thorough assessments to determine the validity, impacts, and implications of proposed changes and claims on project scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and relevant stakeholders to negotiate and resolve claims in a timely and fair manner.
Maintain detailed documentation of change orders, claims, negotiations, and resolutions.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize disputes, mitigate risks, and streamline the change management Process.
Communicate changes and claim resolutions effectively to all parties involved to ensure alignment and understanding.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, business, or related field.
Proven experience in change management, claims management, contract administration, or related field.
