About the role

  • Responsible for the delivery of Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) projects
  • Support growth of firm’s project management capability for MTO clients
  • Contribute to practice plans and business development
  • Manage project teams and support other project managers
  • Coordinate resources and collaborate with other Arcadis business lines
  • Undertake role to lead major MTO projects and key clients
  • Enhance business through delivery and client satisfaction
  • Coach and mentor project staff to support consistent delivery quality

Requirements

  • 12+ years consulting experience on MTO or similar transportation projects of significant scale and/or complexity
  • P.Eng Ontario
  • Demonstrated technical, commercial and project delivery acumen
  • Previous relevant experience including leadership of the development and implementation of project management and engineering solutions for MTO projects
  • Previously worked in a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager role and has significant MTO project management experience
  • RAQs qualification is an asset and preferred on the Highway Engineering, Bridge Engineering disciplines
