About the role
- Collaborate with other Area Leaders, Area Managers, Project Managers and Technical Experts to successfully win projects
- Assist in executing projects to achieve clients’ objectives while providing excellent client service
- Contribute to the strategic growth, planning and support of various key initiatives throughout the market area
- Build and strengthen client relationships with decision makers
- Develop understanding of local utility issues, and identify client needs
- Coordinate with project managers to monitor planning, design, and construction administration of projects
- Serve as project manager to monitor planning, design and construction administration
- Lead or assist in the development of scope and cost proposals for projects
- Serve as a senior technical resource on municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, resilience, and/or utility planning projects
- Support development of junior and mid-level staff
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in business development and/or project management in the water, wastewater, stormwater, and resilience sectors
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, or a related field of study
- Florida P.E. License or ability to obtain within 6 months
