About the role

  • Create and manage parametric BIM families/components in accordance with project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Arcadis BIM standards, protocols and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to support integrated design solutions.
  • Maintain quality assurance and continuous improvement of BIM content and component libraries.
  • Verify that quality requirements are met in line with Arcadis systems and BIM protocols.
  • Explore and apply automation tools and new BIM trends to improve efficiency and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Autodesk Revit, with a focus on family/content creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards and drafting principles (e.g. ISO 19650), with experience in design consulting environments.
