About the role
- Analyze compliance of services with contracts, SLAs, performance indicators and technical criteria;
- Validate quantities, deadlines, measurement reports and calculation records, ensuring quality and technical compliance;
- Perform service measurements according to contracts, service orders and SLAs;
- Prepare management reports, performance indicators and variance analyses;
- Support contract management, including reading and interpreting contracts and providing support to projects;
- Support billing and payment processes;
- Monitor indicators and propose improvements to measurement processes;
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with standards and procedures;
- Identify inconsistencies and support corrective and preventive actions;
- Interact with internal teams, suppliers and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related areas;
- Experience with service measurement, measurement reports and contract management;
- Knowledge of contract analysis, SLAs and performance indicators;
- Experience preparing management reports and controlling data;
- Attention to detail, critical thinking and organizational skills;
- Good communication and ability to interface with multiple stakeholders.
