About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other tools
  • Create look-ahead schedules, baseline updates, and recovery plans
  • Perform critical path analysis, time‑impact analyses (TIA), and delay matrices
  • Lead progress reporting, schedule variance, and performance monitoring against baseline
  • Conduct quantity takeoffs, apply unit rates, and prepare cost estimates aligned with bridge/transit scope
  • Manage cost forecasts, budget vs actuals, cash flow and Earned Value Management (EVM) analyses
  • Assist in bid preparation, developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), cost coding, and change order documentation
  • Align schedules and estimates across engineering, procurement, and construction teams; integrate multidisciplinary inputs
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among PMs, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Support risk analysis, scenario planning, and cash flow forecasting
  • Maintain change control logs, schedule/control registers, and participate in claims or dispute resolution if needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera P6
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
  • Demonstrated background in bridge or transit infrastructure, heavy civil, or similar complex projects
  • Familiar with estimating practices and estimating software
  • Experience with schedule development, look-ahead schedules, baseline updates, and recovery plans
  • Experience performing critical path analysis, time-impact analyses (TIA), and delay matrices
  • Experience leading progress reporting, schedule variance, and performance monitoring against baseline
  • Experience conducting quantity takeoffs, applying unit rates, and preparing cost estimates aligned with bridge/transit scope
  • Experience managing cost forecasts, budget vs actuals, cash flow and Earned Value Management (EVM) analyses
  • Experience assisting in bid preparation, developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), cost coding, and change order documentation
  • Ability to align schedules and estimates across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and manage dynamic project challenges
  • Ability to maintain change control logs, schedule/control registers, and support claims or dispute resolution if needed
